Glorious sound effects, how I love thee!

@p It is time for me to implement some more sound effects. I know this because my TODO list has a ton of items for adding sound effects. It will be quite satisfying to get my list shortened for such a simple amount of work. Here's what I need to do:

• Sound effect for event dialog popping up
• Awesome stepping-on sound effect for harpsichord
• Sound effect for walking on kitchen counter
• Water soundeffect for walking in water
• Chirping sound effect for birds
