I've been putting sound effects in, and things are pretty streamlined now. I can double click a .sfxr file from Eclipse to edit it, and .wavs are automatically built from .sfxr files in my build tool (with even a little extra post-processing). As well, I now have a fairly easy way to assign "step" sounds to objects, terrain surfaces, and building surfaces as well!

The next phase is adding some more object sounds, spell sounds, environmental and then maybe even some music. With sound effects, the bottom line is that I have some catching up to do as I haven't added any for about 6 or 8 months!

Here are some tips:

- Use short samples for step sounds.

- Have a quick reverb for step sounds that are indoors, versus outdoors.
