Unexpected Consequences!


Aha, here is an interesting consequence of having a replay system in place. As it turns out:

- Everyone has a faster computer than me

Coupled with:

- The replay has to play back each frame of the game no matter what

Means:

- There are more frames to play back (as a rule) than my computer can process in realtime

Ergo:

- Watching the replays is rather... tedious =)

I did implement something of a FFWD, that will at least play it "as fast as possible". But it's still not incredibly fast =)
