Lots of things have of course progressed since the last update. Suffice to say, Vex is quite nicely shaping up, and it is fairly "progressive" meaning you can progress through the game at this point (though it's still far, far simple).
Anyhow, most recently I have added code for dying, and am sorting out experience/damage/hits/etc. bonuses as well as debugging certain aspects of the weapon engine. So far so good!
Time for a nap! I think the next thing I will do is balance the exp bonuses and difficulty at least at the start of the game. Gradually then I can balance as the game progresses.
